In line with this commitment, we are collaborating with eligible buyers who possess the necessary skills or resources to renovate distressed homes during the purchasing process. In exchange for their efforts in restoring these homes to a habitable condition, we offer them the opportunity to buy a home with minimal or no credit requirements. This approach enables us to assist low-income buyers in their first home purchase, while simultaneously promoting the recycling of these properties.

By providing these homes to buyers capable of transforming them, we not only rejuvenate properties and communities but also make a positive environmental impact. On average, our program reduces over 50 tons of CO2 emissions per home by avoiding the need to demolish and construct new houses, thus contributing to a greener future. AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM

We believe that affordable housing should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their income, credit score, or other challenges they may face. We understand how difficult it can be for hardworking individuals with blue-collar jobs, poor credit, or other obstacles to purchase a home, even though they represent the backbone of our economy.
That's why we're proud to offer our Affordable Housing Program, which aims to make homeownership a reality for those who may never have thought it was possible. Through this program, we identify certain homes in select markets where we can make owning a home affordable for those who might otherwise be unable to purchase one.
Our goal is to make home payments less than current market rent payments, and allow people to use their skills, connections, and sweat equity to buy a home below retail value and have an affordable monthly payment, regardless of their credit score. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to own their own home, and we work tirelessly to help our clients achieve that dream.

STAFF RETIREMENT THROUGH OWNERSHIP
After 12 years of employment with us, we are committed to purchasing a home for our offshore staff in their local community, or providing them with a bonus equal to their average wages for the past 3 years. This is our way of demonstrating our appreciation for their hard work and dedication, and ensuring that they are able to enjoy a secure retirement.
